Hi there! Long time no see! It feels so good to start getting back into the swing of things again. I took some time off over the holidays to spend uninterrupted time off with my family. Then, January acted like a serial killer and tried to off me in several different ways...and was almost successful...almost. First I got awful food poisoning and then my hubs and I both got the flu...but I am hopeful that things are starting to return to normal (knock on wood).
February is not one of my favorite months, it is one of my least favorites...but I do love the fact that right behind February is March...which means spring is inching closer and closer. In the mean time, here are a few of my favorite things for the month of love.
This under eye concealer is just the best thing ever. I am currently out and need to get some more ASAP because nothing gives me dark under eye circles like trying to survive this miserable winter. I have been trying to beef up my skin care routine and and trying to approach it in a more natural way. As I have gotten older, I have become more and more leery of the chemicals that are in most skincare products and have tried to minimize the unnatural chemicals I put on my face. Over the last six months I have become addicted to witch hazel. Once I tried Thayers Rose Petal Witch Hazel toner I fell in love. It leaves my skin feeling fresh and primed for my Vitamin C primer. This serum is mostly organic and natural. I am sure it is not perfect and probably has some unnatural stuff in it, but overall I really like it and have noticed a small difference since I began using it. I feel like my skin glows just a little bit more than it used to.
I am dying to try this coconut charcoal whitening powder for my teeth. I was sent a customized whitening kit nine months or so ago to review on the blog and it was so painful that I had to quit and not do a review. I do not normally have sensitive teeth, but the experience did show me that, again, I am putting some harsh chemicals on my body. So I am intrigued by this powder as it seems to be a safer, more natural way to whiten teeth. Have any of y'all used it?
The rest of the things on here are just pretty little things that I love. I am especially loving the Rose Gold Fossil Watch...hint hint hubs!
Happy February! I hope it is a pretty little month for you...
just like this list of my February Favorites!

I use charcoal powder ALL THE TIME. I make homemade face masks, use it to brush my teeth, and sometimes add it to my shampoo to get a good clarifying cleanse once a month. I also mix it with water and drink it when my stomach is upset. It's a natural detoxifier.
