Pumpkin Whoopie Pies - West & Rose Farm

Pumpkin Whoopie Pies

Y'all...it was all I could to to wait until the beginning of September to hit the pumpkin train.  I did my best to lock up my pumpkin crazy at least another two weeks, but I just couldn't do it any longer.  The basic white girl in me just could not reign it in for another second.  The second I began to feel the cool air in the mornings, I was done for...I needed pumpkin in my life.  So haters: go ahead and hate...I know it's early and I just don't care...

These Pumpkin Whoopie Pies are a great way to usher in the pumpkin season gently.  They are not heavily spiced and are S U P E R easy to make.  I made these with my little pumpkin, Vivian, strapped to me in my LILLEbaby carrier for most of the time.  The other great thing about these sweet treats is that they require very few ingredients and many of them you probably have in your pantry right now!

These are hubs and Bubba approved!  If y'all are anything like me, in that you look forward to fall coming starting January 2nd, you will want to make these ASAP.  I promise you will not be disappointed and will love the ease of it all.  Let me know how y'all like them!!

Pin for later!

Can't wait to make these. That baby carrier must be awesome based on your reviews and knowing your precious girl is not a lightweight.
